These are end-time days, and we will encounter many more challenges as prophesied in the Bible. Yet, we have one constant in our life if we are a people fully immersed in the lordship of our Messiah, Jesus of Nazareth. Our sufferings, regardless of the profundity of our pain, are opportunities to savor the intense presence of our Refuge. The Lord is always good, and those who take refuge in Him are truly blessed and can remain joyful. In recent days of global ministry, I have found that many more people are desiring a safe place to share their painful struggles. We, as servant leaders of Christ, are positioned and destined to model our security in Christ. In light of current life realities and future biblical events, only the Lord Jesus can be and will be our Hiding Place. Our faith finds a dwelling place in Christ, and the security of the Messiah’s love compels us to share with others who might need this same constant Refuge in their lives.

Envisioning God-sized ministries that have and continue to bless millions has become a daily exercise of faith. What God began at Haggai continues today, albeit with increased faith.
