In India, belonging to a minor caste or religion is looked down upon. Facing threat of discrimination, you have to struggle hard not to hide your affiliation to Christ. After experiencing discrimination at work, I was finally promoted to general manager. But the use of an office car was denied to me, citing reasons that otherwise would not apply to someone from other religions or to an upper caste. In addition to this, I was served a charge memo (initiating disciplinary action), stating that I had caused damage to the office vehicle, which someone else had used. After submitting my explanation to all the unjust allegations, they could not do anything against me. To the one who trusts in God, our vindication is from Him alone. Child of God, if you are discriminated upon based on your color, caste, race, or religion, do not worry: God is your vindicator. Wait on Him. Not only was my reputation cleared, the one who leveled charges against me was transferred to a far off place, and I was given the office car again.
