The Word of God is eternal and must be fulfilled. Ten weeks after my Haggai Leader Experience, we had a baby named Chukwuebuka (Igbo for “God is awesome”). She went into the ICU less than 24 hours after her birth, and in 10 days, she had four exchange blood transfusions. Doctors gave up after the third transfusion, but we assured them “The blessing of the Lord makes rich, and He adds no sorrow with it” (Prov. 10:22).” This was the dominant message in the various prayers and messages brethren and friends sent to us, including Haggai leaders across the globe. Chukwuebuka was discharged after the fourth transfusion, and even though she was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, she has achieved tremendous milestones toward living an independent life. God’s Word never fails.
