So far, Brazil is still a free country where we can proclaim the Word of God. There are so many churches and so many denominations, it’s hard not to find a place where you fit in. However, due to some weeds amongst the wheat, non-believers witness bad testimonies and walk away from God’s way. As a consequence of COVID-19, I spent 14 months working from home. When I could travel again, I spent time at a church in Brazil’s northeast corner. This church is alive and thriving. Now I’m back in my hometown in Brazil’s southeast corner, and I share what I have learned. As believers, we are to welcome and take in outsiders. We are to care for the widow and the orphan. The people in that church taught me we are to ask God to show us His will as we read the Scripture, and then we are to obey.

Through the Haggai Leadership Experience, I learned that I am a missionary in my workplace and when people see my conduct and ask me why, I say the difference in me is Jesus Christ.
