The scribes and Pharisees brought a woman caught in adultery to Jesus. According to Jewish law, such a woman should be stoned to death. Jesus challenged them: Anyone who has no sin should be the first to throw a stone at the woman. None could throw a stone, “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Rom. 3:23). One would think these religious leaders would be perfect, but none was found without sin. Jesus does not support the act of adultery, but He did not give us the right to condemn another person. He forgave the woman and gave her another chance to live and make her ways right before God. As leaders or pastors, we should never think we’re made leaders because we’re perfect; rather, God chose us as instruments of reconciliation. We’re to reconcile people to Christ and not to condemn them. As we bear fruit in His vineyard, He prunes and perfects us.

My Haggai Leader Experience helped me, among other things, to overcome the fear of rejection with regards to evangelism. I’m still a work in progress in God’s hands, but I thank Him for what He has done in my life. For example, anytime we have a conference at school with parents, I always exhort with the Word of God and make a call for a verdict at the end, giving people an opportunity to make a decision for Christ.
