The greatest gift of God to mankind is the new day made by Him with its wonderful and beautiful nature. Every day comes with its own challenges. But one thing that must be clear in our minds is that God made that day. So no matter the challenges the day brings, the God who made it is able to see us through if we believe and trust Him. This is the reason why He said we should be glad and rejoice in it. He further instructed us to give thanks in everything (1 Thess. 5:18) because it is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning us. God expects us to acknowledge that He made every day hence we should walk through it with the spirit of gladness, rejoicing, joy, and thanksgiving. This understanding keeps us inspired throughout the day knowing that our heavenly Father is in perfect control.
