The year 2021 was so hard on the world. In that same year, our local church pastor passed away from COVID-19, and it really shocked all the church members to lose our beloved servant after his many years of faithful work. A few weeks after the departure of our pastor to Glory, many church members and faithful brothers started asking me when I would be taking over this ministry and become the senior pastor. It seemed as if this was the expected step. During that time, I was praying deeply to listen to the Lord’s voice and commands, and I found that being a senior pastor was not what He was calling me to do. On the contrary, the Lord supported me in the current role I have at my job and in my ministry. People, even in the ministry, have their plans and expectations, but the Lord is the One who sends.

The Haggai Leader Experience helped me to focus on the real mandate of ministry and enabled me to learn from the rich experiences of leaders from around the world.
