The prophet Simeon looked forward to the fulfillment of the prophecy of the coming of the Messiah. The Lord had revealed to him that he would see Him. In the text, we see the faithful fulfillment of what the Lord said to Simeon and to all peoples and nations throughout the Old Testament. None of the promises of the Lord go unfulfilled — He is faithful! Imagine yourself now, in Simeon’s place, with baby Jesus in your arms. How much joy! How much fun! We do not have Him in our arms, but we have Him in our hearts. Jesus is near and available — just believe. Believing in a God who never fails is not difficult. I pray He is born in your heart this year, if He is not already.

In 2002, I attended the Haggai Leader Experience in Maui. I learned a lot about leadership and evangelism. So, I have focused on training youth for leadership and witness in school and in the workplace.
